Call recording & transcription
All your calls are recorded so should you feel that you've spoken to a potential scammer, you or your Trusted Person can listen to, or read the transcribed conversation (Phonely CallGuard+ only) for clarity.
Join in live calls with live alerts
Should a withheld or international number alert be triggered, your Trusted Person will be able to instantly join your call. They can either assist you or end the call completely. Alternatively, you can invite your Trusted Person to join your call via your Call App by pressing #9 or the SOS button on your Phonely handset.
Keyword trigger notifications
When you hang up, notifications are sent to the Trusted Person(s) if words such as "bank account", "pay", or "sale" were mentioned during your call (Phonely CallGuard+ only). This will let them know to check your call recording & report if a crime has taken place.
