Claimed to be energy advisor to discuss loft insulation. Told him I had 3 foot of loft insulation so he rang off. Registered with TPS so they should not be cold calling anyway if they were legitimate.

Have had several calls, claiming to be the "local energy advisor." I assumed the worst and hung up.

Introduced himself, asked me how I was today and said he was from a window company ( I can’t remember the name it was so quick) then I told him I don’t know you he hung on a few second the rang off. Nuisance call? Came up on my phone before I answered
