I live with my elderly parents who own their home. I answered the phone to this number which was flagged on the phone as 'nuisance?' purely to see what it was and give them a piece of my mind. Upon answering it was silent, but then someone claiming to be 'Ben' stated he was 'calling about the government funded insulation' at which I put the phone down on him. My impression is they are targetting the most vulnerable and the most concerned about keeping warm this winter. Legit companies would NOT do this. AVOID, BLOCK, IGNORE but do not be sucked in by this caller.

We are a withheld number yet this company still rang us saying about our loft insulation could cause condensation. The person who called his name was Chris. I let him carry on his talk but then blocked his number. The company uses a lot of numbers so be very careful.

Calls twice a day when you answer it goes dead. No doubt a scammer do not engage with them. Report to ofcom

Hi just rang my mom, started asking about loft insulation but went onto family trying to take money from her, luckily she did not give address or money, do not talk to this number.

I investigated and they have a range of numbers they use 028405208XX, starting from 02840520848 till 02840520877.
