Solar panel scam, annoyingly repeat calling. "Are you the home owner?" answer "No" does not stop the calls. I'm on TPS.
Cold callers... I had lots of calls from this number and few others regarding solar panels or spray foam removal. I investigated and they have a range of numbers they use 028405208XX, starting from 02840520848 till 02840520877. Call from "Jane" regarding solar panels. Asked if I was a homeowner etc. I'm on TPS and this is clearly a cold call, they shouldn't call me.
