They pretend to be from O2, it was an Indian guy that his English first of all very bad and secondly when I was asking questions about my own contract from o2 was start being a bit rude saying that he has that information in front of him but want to double check with me to give me a 25% discount on my mobile plan. Soon as I understood that it was a scam he was just swearing very quietly and I replied back and he insulted me even more ahah. Be careful. I still don’t understand how this scams with so much technology nowadays are still happening and how certain information as full name, address, etc are leaked from the companies. We can’t trust anyone nowadays.

Cold call concerning loft insulation. Claimed they obtained my number from an official register. Did not seem to believe I was the home owner when I queried them.
