Just had a second call when I answered they hung up. My number is on TPS as it is a withheld number, it seems to make a nonsense of having it on there.

This number rang my landline which is on the TPS. Said "Your property is showing as having old-type loft insulation" I asked to which property he was referring, as I owned four, as landlord (just made that up!) He couldn't tell me, obviously waiting for me to give him info. Eventually after trying again three times from an obvious script, and I keeping on asking him to tell me my address, he politely terminated the call.
