Male caller claimed he was calling from an 'Energy Service' and my property was one of several in my area that had been identified as having loft insulation that would cause condensation and damp, etc,etc; he only stopped talking when I shouted "Whoa!, I'm registered with the TPS" and at that point the phone went dead.

She jumped right into checkin if home was mine and dangled no cost panel setups but since on the no call registry this whole thing screams fake info hunt.
