Delay before speaking then identified as energy efficiency and was I the home owner. My number is TPS registered but almost all calls to my landline at present are regarding energy efficiency

This is automated AI call-bot which goes through a pre-recorded script, but waits for your responses which it records. I just said some rude words and they can listen to if they want. The call was about loft insulation. Obviously I let it prattle on without responding until it hung up.

No one appeared to be there at the other end for about 10 seconds, and I was just about to hang up when a female voice said something about energy efficiency, and asked, "Am I speaking to the home owner?". At this point I hung up....
