Loft insulation scam, rang earlier in the day. Explained we didn't need new loft insulation as it was done recently. Told us a consultant would ring back and they did. Hung up on them and they tried to ring back immediately. Didn't answer. Number blocked

Rang saying local energy adviser. Female voice. Asked if I was home owner. I said no. I do not want to talk to you and hung up. I am register with Telephone Preference and ex directory. It is not a local number either.
