rang 3x when I answered caller put phone down. HARASSING and obviously scam. I would say this number is dangerous

I don’t know what type of scam this is but they keep calling me from loads of different 084 numbers and every time I pick up they put the phone down, I guess they want you to call back so you can be charged for the call. It’s very harassing.
