Fraudsters, mimicking a reputable roofing company, claim a neighbours roof was done and saw a problem on their roof as an excuse to go on the roof. Do damage, show their video proof of damage, give scare stories about dangers of leak to electricity etc.., then ask extortionate amounts to repair it and do a shoddy job with the roof much less safe than it was to begin with.

Visited pointed out problem with with ridge tile went on roof broke a tile and took it out wanted £1150 to repair it sent them packing and contacted reputable company
