Keep asking for my late husband who passed away 3 years ago. Had 7 calls in a week, Keep telling them not to phone again but they do, their English not very good

They ring asking for my initial. Asked who was calling said Energy Team. Hung up. Had loads of calls from the Energy Team

Said her name was Emily .asked her who are you said she was from energy team told her to go away yet again

The caller asked if I were ‘my name’ to which I didn’t respond. She said she was ‘Emily’ calling to help me switch to a different energy tariff to save money. I said I already had, thank you and put the phone the phone down.

Asked for me by Christian name. Wanted to transfer me to a member of the energy team to discuss a cheaper energy package. I rang off.

Said from Energy Team, when I asked a question line went silent for about 7 seconds, realise now probably AI. I will be blocking

Lady's voice said they were from 'The Energy Team' and asked for Mrs (no name). I aid that wasn't a name, I asked who they were calling from, the voice repeated what they had said and if they could speak to them (Mrs) - sounded like she wasn't listening, possibly AI. I stopped the call.

This number just called me I never answered it I always look up a number to see if it's scammers it never rang for long and I've blocked the number now

Caller asked for me by name - said it was to do with saving money on energy tariffs. I expressed my displeasure at such unsolicited calls and did not engage.

Lady other end asked for me as Josie, no surname etc & said energy prices going up. I said I am happy as I am but still insisted I need to speak to energy saving team !! I said no & she just hung up. The call didnt sound right as if it was on delay. BE CAREFUL if this number calls. I am blocking them
