Caller didn't leave a message - just rang off when invited to announce himself.

Silent call followed by a crackling noise. I hung up and blocked it as there was clearly no legitimate caller on the line.

Answered. Background noise. Eventually somebody ( foreign voice) says hello. I didn’t speak at all. Scam of some sort presumably.
