Wealth and honesty are strangers grown in this society. I have a suspicion that the rich are selling information about us to frauds. Multi billionaires that call themselves 'suppliers' and supply nothing but bills and expect everyone to pay them every month I particularly suspect. These scams(of which there are many) often have information we would not expect them to have and so many are taken in. If a government can get old ladies for holding pieces of paper it can certainly get frauds. So these frauds must have approval even if that approval is not official. I suspect one pays the fraud thinking one is paying the multi billionaires and later the money is split between the fraud and multi billionaire but your account is NOT credited. If in any doubt, it is probably a fraud.

Purporting to be from “Relay” advising to click 1 etc as my “package” was there ready to be picked up! Although waiting for package (time of year) doNOT follow their advice to click on anything judging by previous comments since this number is obviously being used to declare they (whoever they are) to be from so many different sources (companies) I doubt any of them are genuine despite some one on here who suggests otherwise (see a comment below) Time phone companies blocked these numbers as they have the methods available but bearing in mind they make money from them why would they? Ignore this number (if you can) or use the blocking service.

This is a text to speech service, it is used by bona fide companies as well as scammers, . .it's a way of delivering a text message to a non-mobile number. . . You can opt out by calling the number back 03333444000 pressing option 1 followed by option 2 to confirm.

(I owe nothing to no-one) and I need to pay before further action is taken!! She then give bank details. I couldn't make out who she said they were. Something-or-other "Metallical Ltd." ? This persistent call (rang many times, usually early morning, waking me, sometimes leaving a message sometimes not) claimed to be from Southern WTR. Curiously it started after contacting Southern water, & a neighbour had an identical experience after contacting the same firm. We are sure these calls are not, however, from this firm.

I nearly didn't answer after reading all these. Seems it's a generic number (software) that lots of businesses use. I answered, It was an automated message reminding me of an appointment for tomorrow that i had booked via Calendly earlier in the week. My call was safe, doesn't mean they always arw.

After further investigation, the call is a text alert from Rover.com. If u get this, you have registered your phone number with them at some point as a 'sitter' or as a customer. Mine was a message from a potential booking. So please ignore previous entry on here.
