Someone who says she is "Jo, one of the energy advisors". Despite me explaining I live in a flat, and don't have a loft, the calls keep right on coming. Got to the stage where it's really very annoying now, becoming nuisance calls rather than simply harrassment.

I'm jo one of your energy advisors. I'm sure Jo has called me before. I stopped her before she went further but think she would ask about lift insulation. We don't have a loft! Interesting that it's an English voice I recognize rather than the usual far eastern voices
