Called at 10:55 on 14th June. Delayed response when I said hello, then: “Hello, my name is Jo and I’m the Energy Adviser for your area…” I ended the call without replying as we have had several previous calls from this woman ‘Jo’ in the last couple of months (on different phone numbers),

Called twice now, clearly selling something energy related. They set off with a script about having a record of the loft insulation we have (which was wrong) and when I tried to interject to say ‘no thank you’ they just talked over me. Took a few mins to get their attention, i politely said ‘no thank you’ and they hung up…quite rude…prob stressed and on less than min wage.

AI voice asking about my loft. Said they’d send a surveyor to "check efficiency". No thanks. I didn’t ask for this.
