I let the caller know that he shouldn't be cold calling me as I'm registered with the TPS. He was very rude, arrogant and abusive - calling me names because he said I hadn't replied to a letter, I said What letter? This is when he got abusive.

Regarding loft insulation. Government initiative etc. Asked rather too many questions about my personal details, age ,home owner etc.which I wouldnt give. When I asked a question he replied "can you repeat that please ".
