I answered mums phone and they asked if I was her - I said no and they said ‘well who the f*** are you?’ I was quite surprised so said ‘excuse me?!’ They were very rude and when then told them I was the daughter they ‘well F*** off then’ Definitely not a professional call, and got rude and frustrated when they didn’t get through to their intended potential mark…. Blocked the number
