I keep getting calls from this number but they never give their name to the call blocking app on my phone. Appears suspicious to me.

Silent caller. When I called back I heard "Thank you for calling the Energy Department". I'm pretty sure they have called me before.

It is 11.05am and I have had 5 calls already no-one there, this has been all weekend too
