Said they were Octopus energy and said about prices going up. Knew my name but I’m not the account holder name. Fortunately I had sorted with Octopus directly online the day before so ended the call.

Claimed my SIM would stop working unless I confirmed details. Pressure tactics and unclear answers. That is not how real networks operate, so I believe this is fraudulent.
