As a lot of people have said claiming to be from virgin media and know about what services I have Just hung up in the end and they called back straight away but I did not answer Virgin Media need to look into the number or let people know if it genuine

Same as all other comments, very hard to understand. My husband asked them to repeat what they said but they just said thank you and just carried on with the spiel! Don’t appear to understand much English? Number blocked.

Fraudulent claims and preying on vulnerable people is not acceptable! The people who claim to be someone they aint should be made to face punishment.

They say they are from Virgin media and ask if they are speaking to the account holder(they know my name) they sound foreign. I just hang up.

They said they are from Virgin Media, they know everything about my contract, but when I made a call to Original Virgin they said that they didn't call me. So, no idea how they are.

Persistent calls claiming to be Virgin Media but very difficult to make out. Continues to ring when you hang up and calls from other 0800 numbers. Does not sound genuine. Sounds like it’s being bounced off servers to pretend it’s VM. The voice sounds like it’s calling down an intercepted line, lots of interference on the line and echoing.

Hi, I have blocked this number 08000529406, but who ever it is still gets through the block. They say it is virgin media sales but when I rang virgin they said it was mot them, so how do they manage to get through when blocked. This needs investigating.
