He said they were from Debenhams customer service? He offered more money than the refund and asked for my details which I fell for it and tried to take £1500 luckily my banks stopped but kept on ringing me back to try another bank card, asking to download apps and add Apple pay He was So convincing.polite and said they he was going to help me sort my issue out SCAMMERS

Said they were calling from Sky and they could offer me a discount on my monthly bill. After explaining I don't know what they're talking about and who are they and how did they get my number, they hung up on me. Definite scammer.
