This number just called late in the evening. This is very late, not office hours at all. We answered, it was just silence. It seems like a call to test if there is an active number. Marked harassing because it was very late at night.

Appears to be a scam or fraud number. Called explaining they were calling from my bank and there had been fraudulent activity on my card. They tried to get me to confirm personal details. They had some details correct, tried to fish for others. Dangerous and seems like identity theft or bank scam.
