This number came through on both my phones, personal and work. So definitely phishing.

Phone rang & no-one spoke when I answered. Just a moment of silence followed by an unidentified noise, then call cut off. Presumably a robo-caller checking for active numbers? Second call I've received today, but first was from a different number (also reported).
