Answered the phone but in spite of saying hello several times there was absolute silence. I suspect a scam call.

Loft insulation scammer robo caller

Got a call from what seemed like an automated system, a woman named Jo inquiring about my loft setup and confirming if I live here. Offered a no charge visit to assess it. Clearly fraudulent, ended the call and added to my reject list.
