They have called me twice this week - I spoke to them the second time. They claimed that I had been selected to participate in a government scheme to clear my outstanding debt. In addition to my mobile number, they had my first and last name (the wrong title) and the first line of my home address from 9 years ago. I questioned their legitimacy and they hung up. Call was from Newcastle, Northern Ireland which I have now blocked and reported.

Rang my Wife who couldn't understand a word being said since the caller's accent was so thick. General hubbub of telemarketing activity going on in the background. Given it was a cold ie unsolicited call she hung up. Later in the day they called me. I didn't answer and the number is now blocked and reoprted as spam.
