These people keep calling me saying they are from virgin media I have checked the number and it comes up as colt technical services and is listed as a scam number I just tell them they ARE NOT FROM VIRGIN MEDIA and F___ O__ then I hang up

Just as I was boarding a flight I saw an email reminding me that my Virgin Media contract ends in a month. On holiday I got 3 calls from 02037436972 which my caller ID flagged as likely spam. Since returning from holiday and contacting VM myself, no one has tried calling me again from this number.

Lady called (5x), knew my name, asked for me. I asked 'who was calling?' and she hung up. Really poor comm skills and not who should be talking on the phones. My phone contract ended so could be the provider - I will never know.

This number has been calling on and off for a couple of months claiming to be Virgin Media and asking for answers to security questions, I couldn't possibly write on here my response, but it ended in off !!!!

I received call yesterday. Because I am already with Virgin Media and my time was coming to upgrade. I upgraded for 18 months. They talked well and gave great discount. Lady spoke politely and I did receive email from Virgin Media for new package and broadband. So far so good.
