Suspicious - no proof that it's a scam - picked phone up - no one spoke - they hung up 020 is London - don't know anyone in London, so if they spoofed a London number they wasted their time. Blocked it.

Asked if i was the home owner. Said i do not give out that information to unsolicited telephone callers. Believe it to be the usual insulation scam.
