I googled the number and found this site. Thanks for the comments. I got 3 missed calls in the last hour. One from this number 02038966068 and one from 02038966067, 02038966069 and 02038966070. Looks like they change last two numbers. I blocked all of them.

Scammers claiming to be some kind of energy advisors. I told them where they got my number from she ignored and continued with the script. Once I told them I'm not interested and I'm on the TPS she hung up.
