15:17hrs today (02038925189) : He asked if he could speak to me by name. I always find that strange when they have called a mobile so I said before I put the call through, where was he calling from. He said he was calling about PPP Claims (or might have been PPI). I responded the battery on phone was too low so could not pass a non-important call through. He asked when could he call back. I said not required.
18:00: Called again. I did not answer.

Bad connection clicks everywhere asian guy dropped first name gave his then bailed when quizzed. This fuzzy line and quick personal drop always sets off alarms especially when the voice jumps in without any real context making the whole thing feel scripted and off from the start.
