Woman claiming to be an energy adviser wanting to know about my loft insulation and a survey to ensure it was up to date and not a health hazard. Wouldn't accept number being TPS registered and wanted to know what sort of property it was. I refused to answer, and ended the call

Caller spoke about energy suppliers and asked whether I owned the property. When I said I was a tenant, the line went completely silent and the call ended. The behaviour felt automated and misleading rather than a genuine enquiry.

Received an unexpected call from a woman saying she was a local energy advisor. She focused heavily on loft insulation and tried to sound authoritative about energy efficiency in the area. No proof of legitimacy was offered and the pitch felt misleading.
