A woman calling herself 'JANE' has rang Mum few times, and continues to ring, over the past weeks. but doesn't understand the phrase "no, thanks". Mum politely told her she wasn't interested and hung up . Next time this dork rang up she accused Mum of being rude as she didn't let her finish what she was saying. Given the fact that this plank has rung previously, as you can imagine Mum has heard it all before so she doesn't need to hear the full spiel yet again. I'd like to be there the next time she phones up.
