Lady said she was my local energy saving expert and asked if I was the homeowner. When I said I was renting, she said “sorry I can’t help you”. When I tried to tell her that she shouldn’t be calling me anyway because my number is registered with the TPS, she ignored me and talked over me, then hung up. Possible bot.

Someone called Ben. I thought it might be another Be who will be doing some other work for me. This one was about loft insulation survey. When he started asking about my age range I said I was not prepared to be profiled he rang off. A well spoken and polite scammer.

Claimed I had outstanding paperwork linked to a car finance agreement. The call was rushed and clearly scripted. I ended it immediately.
