This number rang my home 'phone this morning. I answered the 'phone and there was no one there, but a message said, "person is leaving a message". I pressed the red end call button and put the receiver down. This evening, I received a call on my mobile from a friend to say she had been trying to ring me several times today, but the home 'phone was engaged every time. I checked the 'phone and found that there was no tone, but it was still saying, "person is leaving a message". I pressed the red end call button and put the 'phone down again and all was back to normal. Most annoying!

"Jo" rang at 1348 and asked me if I was the homeowner. I asked who was asking? "Jo" she replied. But who do you represent? I asked, and she said she was ringing about loft insulation - what do we have in the attic and when was it installed? I again asked who she repesented and she said "I'm Jo" (in an aussie of south Aftrican accent). I said you've told me that 3 times - I'm asking because we are registered with TPS and don't take cold calls, at which she hung up. Both I and my husband are old abd suspect "Jo" and co are targetting the elderly.

01685444014 called re loft insulation. Told Jo we have had it removed as we are fed up with this type of call. Our number is ex-directory and registered with TPS but we STILL get these Dangerous calls. I have labelled it Dangerous as older people may be taken in by it
