Claimed to be from a gas and electric company when asked what company he couldn't answer. Was very hesitant to answer any of my questions so was quickly told where to go and to stop scamming people

I don't think this number is really calling from Manchester - very suspicious.

I received a call from this number which I did not answer. On my phone it said potential fraud by the number. Later that evening we tried to make a payment and both cards were rejected/ blocked. So it may be a dangerous.
