Came up as potential fraud on my phone, anawered it anyway. The guy knew my name, he was an English guy that sounded like a scam artist. I just put phone on loud speaker & listened to what he was saying, he kept saying Hello and then lots of heavy breathing. I tried to call it back they are masquerading as an Energy company, it doesnt take incoming calls as I was just gonna turn radio up full blast and play it in their ear!
