Got a call from this number about 2hrs ago (just as I was about to go out) and was told by a man with an Indian accident that I was eligible for a free personal medical alarm that would hang around my neck. He asked me to confirm my date of birth at which point I said I wasn't interested and hung up.

Rang my elderly mother yesterday saying she would be eligible for a personal alarm and that anyone over 60 can get them. He had a foreign accent, possibly Indian and asked for her name and address. She said she would think about it and put the phone down.

TRied to msell me a high quality personal alarm. I said he had no idea of my medical needs and that because of my 95 year old mother i have experience of obtaining these alarms through the official channels. I was very authoriative and he hung up.

Just received a call from 01488 646 882. a person with an accent supposedly from a health care firm. Said I am eligible for a free emergency alarm to wear round my neck. Obviously a scam and told him so. He then promptly ended the call

Line buzzed but total quiet once i grabbed it no chat at all.

Guy with that accent rang sayin he worked for health care outfit and dropped my details like old pals so ended it fast no thanks.
