Attic scam caller acting as area energy checker for my zone but blanked on the code when i pressed her.

Loft insulation scammer. Caller purports to be an energy performance advisor for my postcode area, but when challenged couldn't say what that postcode area is. Also couldn't explain why he hadn't screened his call list against the database of the Telephone Preference Service.
