Totally fed up of receiving phone calls supposedly from local energy advisor. On the TPS so shouldn't be calling us. He was reading from a script so it sounded as though he was robotic. Asked him to tell his managers that I would be reporting this call to TPS and OFCOM and he put the phone down.
