Sam phoned, said I'd been identified as needing a medical alarm, talked over ne when I said I didn't, carried on by saying due to my age, I could have the, alarm on a free months trial. When I asked him to tell me my age, he couldn't abd carried on waffling about the benefits of said alarm. I managed to tell him I wasn't interested and to remove my number from his data base. He thanked me for my time, wished me a happy rest of the day and that was it. 2 hours later he phoned again. His tone, enunciation and timing was exactly the same as before. I hung up! Definitely some kind of bot. Now blocked on my landline phone.
False claim as Sam health care assistant, left stuttered message on answer phone, health care professionals have no trace numbers & call back later immediately being specific about reason for call i.e. hospital appmnt etc

Said his name was Sam tried too sell an alarm device saying I was entitled too discount as I was over 60 and could have the device on trial.with no contract.told him I thought it was a scam. He didnt talk normal as if he was a robot there where long pauses before he asked questions.that I didn't answer.they gave up in the end.
Sam called and said he was our local health worker and knew from records we had medical issues and could be in line for a free dongle in car if falls. Obviously when questioned as to who he worked for became evasive and realising it was a scam put the phone down on him . Searched and found others had similar issues. Hope nobody gets sucked in everyone should watch scam interceptors on BBC morning TV.
Second time trying to get us to adopt an alarm dongle. When asked who he was what firm he represented got ne reply.
Wish I hadn’t answered. I’m thinking this is a very realistic robot voice as he didn’t stop talking when I forcefully over spoke him. I’m worried as I told him yes when he asked if I could hear ok. Definitely a scam of some kind. Don’t answer
Hi, I'm Sam your local health care worker..........SCAM not a local area code anyway
Didn't believe a word of it but he is has phoned several times.
“Sam” called me 2 days after I had contact with my local social services so I connected the 2 calls to begin with. Because he calls himself “your local health worker” it is dangerously misleading. Has now called twice
Claimed to be local health service selling medical alarm pendants. Scam scam scam.
