Had a silent call earlier. This time responded and asked if speaking to me by name, I didn't reply, just asked who was calling. Introduced themselves as Medical Health Services and informed me that I was eligible for a health alarm etc. Told them that I was registered with TPS and, just by cold calling me they were breaking the law. They apologised and said would not ring again

Scam call offering wearable alarm pendants for the elderly. Called my grandmother’s phone but I answered. Asked them to state my name and they said Mr (my surname) and refused to disclose how they got my grandmother’s number. Told them I work in Adult Social Care and know their call is not genuine - he got rude. Hung up the call.

The man who rang was very aggressive and wanted to speak to my mum who had dementia. He said he was from the alarm company and wanted to tell her about upgrading and she needed to go to bank and pay money. He was very aggressive and so rude.
