Call asking about housing problems, but very polite and not pushy. Suspect they are selling damp proofing or similar.

Then talking about housing problems reported. Hung up when my wife shouted ‘F off’ in the background. O2 flagged it as potential spam at the outset.

Rang just now 11:00 26/09/2025 , opened conversation with " And how are you today" obvious soft approach to draw you in. I hung up immediately.

"Kevin" from Housing Association phoned wanting to know about damp, and leakages reported to Housing Officer - told caller it was a private property, line went quiet then disconnected. Suspected scam.
