Just got a call at 9am sounding like a Indian asking can I answer 3 questions. so I said who is this and she said a company but I couldn't make out where she said she's from. She kept backtacking when I asked what is this for what does your company do, she wouldn't answer my questions, just saying she's not trying to sell me anything. But I need 2 answer 3 questions. She had my name address and postcode. So I asked her a final time what's this f9r what do you want and she said just 3 questions lol. I told her I will be reporting the number and hung up. Won't answer my questions but wants me to answer hers

Don't answer do 1471 then callback with 141 in front of their no. It will ring with a foreign type tone but no-one will answer. I never answer my phone now, switched off message service and just call back to no's. I know
