Number came up on my landline as a nuisance call at 3.47pm today 24th. Did not answer and I blocked the number and warned friends to be on guard. Checked here its loft insulation, but others commenting on other sites that its to do with solar panel scams. Either way, energy efficiency programmes (loft insulation more than adequate and also have cavity wall insulation) bar the solar panel issue has been dealt with by my landlord who is a national housing association. I am ex directory and TPS registered.
