The landline I use belongs to my partner who died 3 days ago and was on telephone preference. Given the current situation I answer all calls. When answering calls from this number nobody says anything which is very disconcerting and something I do not need at present

Missed call fortunately. Not the first time I've been phoned about foam insulation.

Something about BRS and spray foam insulation which he said I had. I told him I did no and suggested he het an "up-to-date" version of the scammers handbook.

Insulation scam. Claimed loft had spray foam fitted which we never had.

Queried company name which misleading as they are not a regulatory service. Caller told me his manager would give me a call!

Foreign male said he was from BRS (Building Regulatory Services). I questioned him and it didn�t make sense. Feels like a scam.

Caller said something about BRS and claimed we had foam insulation installed which we never did. Strong accent from India or Pakistan area. They rang three times in quick succession within half an hour. Super persistent and annoying so blocked.

As soon as I pick up they hang up immediately. My phone shows it as a nuisance call already. Blocked it to stop the hassle.

called today at our business address, i told him there was nobody in the office to deal with his request! he prompted but its a business man!!! so i replied i know its a business but the director was not in the office and reminded him how rude he was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
