Called at 17:08 on 26/03/2026 with a silent background, and ended with a familiar quiet terminating sound which scam calls sometimes contain.

Said he was doing loft insulation inspestion scam.

Rang me on last Friday talking about websites etc I told him I'm not interested and hang up the phone, later on that day I kept getting spam text messages from online surgery places (I reckon this scammer has used my number online filling out forms) so companies keep calling me about face-lifts and surgery.

Rang saying he was ringing from British Gas Lite about some meter mix up. I told him i had already checked with British Gas and that there was no problem due to calls from a different number last week. I told him i was hanging up, then tried to ring again 3 times, to which i hung up every time. He then rang me from a different number, 01285300739, and i hung up straight away. Numbers now blocked.
