Caller claimed to be from O2, asking for personal details to upgrade my SIM card. Smelled like a scam to me.
Called asked for my email to send new sim. Suspicious activity, hung up immediately.
Indian guy said he was from O2 and asked for my email to replace my SIM card. Scam alert!
They said they were O2 and wanted me to verify my email for a new SIM. Not convinced, seemed fishy.
Got a call from this number saying they're O2 and need to update my details. Didn't believe them, ended the call.
Said they were O2, they are not!
They said they are from O2, they ask me for email to verified my account I said No and ask them to say my name and they said no. Then she said my sim card will stop working, got enough told her off. SCAMERS
0117 441 3320 Said they were O2 and that i need to upgrade my SIM card but i need to verify my email address!! I said just send the SIM, i shouldnt have to confirm. He was insistent, so i told him to tell me what he has and i will confirm. In the end he hung up. It was a Bristol number tho but he couldnt tell me where!! Not risking it so kept my mouth shut!!
