SCAM! Caller "Chris, your local energy expert" is actually a pre-recorded message working on a decision tree (reply "Yes" and it follows Path A, reply "No" and it follows Path B, etc.). It can be very easily fooled if you just say agreeable things, so why not have fun with it. Scammer who programmed this is clearly an idiot.

It was a recorded message to see if i qualified for a heat loss survey`. They asked about being a home owner and the type of house but when i asked who was calling again the retort was “good that’s perfect”. At that point I put the phone down and then looked up the number! I am having to learn not to give any personal information away!
