Wanting to sell loft insulation, won't take no for an answer

Not the first time this number has called (call protect failing - today's call from this no. has reminded me to find out why, queuing for technical support as I write). Answerph responded, call cut off at end of message. Inadvertantly picked up on a previous occasion and was asked to confirm I was the home owner! Instead I said sorry, not prepared to talk and hung up. Unfortunately word is that when we're forced on to internet lines we'll get even more scam calls. Just as TFS no longer works and MPS merely increased the junk mail.
