I believe this was a customer feedback call from mbna/lloyds following a call I made to customer services. However, it came through while I was still talking to them, so I didn’t pick it up!

Had a call from this number said they were from the bank it was passed on to the police according to the scammers the phone number was 0808168. 1615 is this a genuine hone number

Received a call from this number, immediately panicked as had just been speaking to my bank about possible scam. After looking on here I can now say it was a genuine survey from Halifax bank and I had been told to expect telephone survey. It was such a quick response I didn't think it would be the survey. All ok.

I need to correct earlier rating. An hour ago I rated this number ‘dangerous’ because a call came just after a scam call calls and was flagged on my phone as possible scam. I have since found it is a number used by Lloyds Bank for surveys.
